A photogram<\/a> is a photographic image made without a camera by placing objects directly onto the surface of a light-sensitive material such as photographic paper and then exposing it to light.\u00a0Last weekend we had two extended dark room sessions – of course we had to do some “photogramic experiments”.<\/p>\n

We pulled more then 100 small sheets of ADOX Easy Print 311 through our chemistry from ILLFORD.<\/p>\n

Let me give you some more impressions:<\/p>\n

Comparing the ADOX Easy Print 311 and the ADOX MCP 312 I prefer the MCP 312. It needs more light then the Easy Print but has more information in the shadows for sure. Except the need for more light I didn’t find it more difficult to work with then the Easy Print 311. I might try using the Easy Print, when I want to have a more contrasty image.<\/p>\n

If you want to get creative without a camera, bring some items to make a photogram or help developing some roll of films or turning some negatives to positives!<\/p>\n
